Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice of appointment changes where possible. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way but please understand when you cancel at short notice, I can not fill your spot which pays my bills and pays my staff. If you simply do not show up to your appointment with out prior notice, you will not be re-booked. Any and all vouchers, deposits or outstanding discounts will be forfeited in the case of a no-show.
