All payments must be settled before you leave.

Pampered Retreat reserves the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Once issued the value of the Pampered Retreat Gift voucher can be used as full or part payment.

The money on the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the voucher and may be used to pay for future purchase. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

Pampered Retreat will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.

Late cancellation and failure to show up for your appointments will result with your voucher being void.

We can only accept 1 discount voucher or offer per booking.

Once your booking has been made our cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice of appointment changes where possible.

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way but please understand when you cancel at short notice, I can not fill your spot which pays my bills and pays my staff.

Our booking system will ask for a 50% non refundable booking fee which will need to be paid to confirm your appointment. If this has not been paid your appointment will be cancelled within 1 hour of yourself booking.

For those who book in by phone, text or as a walk in to book an appointment, you will be sent a confirmation message to accept our cancellation policy.

Your booking will not be secure until the non refundable booking fee has been paid.

  • Payment will not be taken when booking is made

  • No payment will be taken unless you do not turn up for an appointment or you give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel.

Late Arrival Policy:

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have, this will be required for all treatments eg. Massage, Eye treatments, Waxing etc.

 

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late.

For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
